Multi Headed Weigher Machine

This multi-head linear weigher are used to pack products like potato chips, namkeen, kurkure, and other snack food as well as it also packs dry fruits, candies, and grocery items, sugar and etc.
This is a vertical form, fill and seal machine, suitable for packing all types of lightweight multiple products. This multi-head weigher packing machine can make center seal pouches. The required packing material for this machine is in roll form printed or non-printed.
This machine is fitted with Collar Type Former Pipe unit that converts packing the film into the tube after vertical sealing then after feeling the product, horizontal sealing and cutting done. Horizontal Sealers are pneumatically operated as also the cutting blade.
For vertical, horizontal sealer operations as well as for pan opening, compressed air is required. The length of the pouch will be controlled by a belt draw mechanism and controlled by a print mark sensor.
