This machine is a Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine which packs single piece or pack of multiple pieces piled fit on each other. It has a pawl chain conveyor feeding system in which operators have to keep one product manually. This machine is also suitable for auto feeding systems.
The film is drawn by two pairs of rollers and at the same time it seal the film at the bottom. The sealing system is a continuous heating system. In the desired size metal heaters Disc Type Heaters are fitted and by the temperature controller the heating is controlled.
At the stage of folding box packing roll formed in the shape of a tube, by the feeding conveyor the product is inserted in the tube. After product is inserted, product wrap by the packing material and carried up to horizontal sealers. When the product came to horizontal sealer, a pair of it seals and cut the pouch of product. At the last packed pouches of product will come out on out feed conveyor.
