Heating is continuous heating controlled by digital temperature controllers. MCB protection is provided for safety of electronic panel. It given uniformity in sealing pattern along with increased output.
This 25kg model of band sealer covers M.S. powder coated and Siemens grey color. It has casing in all mild steel powder coated in 3mm sheet fabrication. The speed of the machine is 2 to 10 meters per minute with Delta Make VFD and it packs 5 to 10 packs per minute depending on the operator’s skills.
Bag height should be minimum 150mm and maximum 600mm. The machine has a standard 10 or 12 or 15mm sealing width with diamond. There are 2 heaters of 500 watts and 15 amp and dimension of 2000 x 1050 x 2100mm. the weight of the machine is 155kg.
