VFFS with Auger Filler for Powder Products
This VFFS with auger filler machine is suitable for packing free flow or non-free powders. This machine is also known as milk powder packing machine, talcum powder packaging machine, chocolate powder packing machines, tea dust packing machine, filtered coffee filling machine, chemical powders packaging machine, pesticide powders packing machine, all flours packaging machine, grinded spices packing machine, curry powder filling machine, chilli powder packing machines, turmeric powder packing machines etc.
This is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of powder products which machine shall make center seal pouches.
This machine is mainly designed to pack 100 gm to 1000 gm product packing. And its maximum reel width can be used in this model is 450 mm open width with 76 mm core ID, 300 mm OD.
In this machine pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and a pair of timer belts which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor.
In this machine, unprinted packing material can also be used.
