This is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of lightweight multiple products which makes center seal pouches.
This machine is mainly designed to pack 10 gm to 500 gm product packing and its maximum reel width can be used in this model is 450 mm open width with 76 mm core ID.
Pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and pair of time belts which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor. Also there is a servo controlled drive for pouch length.
In this machine, unprinted packing material can also be used.
