Automated Flow Wrapping Mini Machine Model
This is a horizontal flow wrapping machine suitable to pack a single piece or pack of multiple pieces piled in fit on each other. For feeding, there will be one feeding conveyor where the operator has to put the product manually.
The prime mover in the machine is a Hindustan Make, Three Phase, 1/2 HP, 1440 rpm motor, and the suitable ratio worm reduction gearbox. Vertical sealing assembly will be driven by one Bonfiglioli make geared motor which will correct pouch length according to the print mark.
The film/packing roll will be drawn by three pairs of rollers and the same also seal the film at the bottom at the same time. A sealing system is a continuous heating system that is supposed to be best for this particular laminated film. Dish Type Heaters are fitted in the desired size metal heaters and the heating is controlled by the temperature controller.
The feeding system shall be a manual feeding type with a pawl chain conveyor. The operator has to keep the product in between two pawls. Further operations shall be controlled by a fully automatic system.
The product should not be sticky and it should not be stuck to the infeed conveyor during travel from feeding place to forming box.
Machine frame and covers will be made in mild steel and will be powder coated. Top covers and product direct contact parts will be in S S 304.
