A Film passes through a series of free roller after the unwinding mechanism while the back of the machine is mounted with film roll.
To get perfect form & shape of the pouch from the film, the folding collar box helps in folding process. By the support of vertical impulse strip sealer, centre sealing will be performed.
Depending on rubber roller pulling assembly as well as driven by the eccentric cam which is modifiable, pulling & pouch length of the machine is obtained. After this the liquid is filled with desired quantity in ready formed tube, manipulated by gravity fill electromagnetic valve & timer.
